Jimmy John's - Granite City

Live less than 2 miles away, did an online order for delivery only to find out I had to pick up Becuase they did not deliver 'on the west side' bad service and the manager would not even be on the phone. They had the employees who spoke for them!

Best cold cut sandwiches! And less than 2 minutes from entering you have your order.

Sandwiches are good, but the bread is tough, you have to tear away with your teeth. Also they overload you sandwich with lettuce and barley any meat. Bread should be softer and more meat. Your paying for the meat not the lettuce.

If I'm going to order a Jimmy John's sandwich, I order here at Granite City. The folks here always do a great job, the ingredients are fresh, and I never worry about my order. It's always right!

The food was fine but i think i experienced the worst delivery service i've ever seen. my boyfriend ordered today (10/20) and although on time, the driver STORMED into my apartment, slammed the staircase door, banged on my door like the police, stompeddown the stairs, and slammed the door again. it was absolutely ridiculous. it sent me into a full blown panic attack with howloud and sudden it was. im still shaking. there was NO REASON to do all that. my neighbors were literally coming outside theirdoors concerned!!!
