Buzz Inn Steakhouse - Granite Falls

Nice enough place but couldn’t seem to get our order straight my steak was way overdone my friend I was with hers was way undercooked when they FINALLY after waiting for almost 40 minutes her steak I think they just stuck it in the microwave because it was rubbery and the ends we completely inedible my baked potato which was on my plate when they took it back to “correct” my order was cold they couldn’t even give me a fresh potato. The gal that called herself a “ manager” was completely rude, dismissive and completely unprofessional her name was Sarah, long blonde ish hair and the mouth on her we couldn’t believe she actually works there oh and let’s not forget my drink, I had a vodka soda double I asked specifically for a lime got a lemon I pointed it out and she actually stuck her fingers in my drink pulled out the lemon and put what amounted to a wilted lime peel in my drink and said “ there is that better “ she was so condescending and nasty. Then the topper as we were leaving we overheard her talking to one of her customers and she actually had the nerve to be complaining over our lack of tipping her. The entire experience was unbelievable and I can say this without a shadow of a doubt that not only will we not return as long as she is there but every one of our friends and family will also never patronize that establishment either and I can’t use names due to the positions held but several of our people are fairly prominent in that area of Snohomish County and also a very large family with very long and strong ties to the community. The and I use this term loosely) woman as far as I’m concerned isn’t fit to be employed anywhere in the public

Bad service and cold food
