Huffy's Ice Creamery - Granite Falls

I had breakfast with my wife at this restaurant, and the server who assisted us was incredibly rude. It seemed as though she had no personality at all and lacked basic customer service skills. I have no intention of returning to this establishment. It used to be a lovely family-oriented place, but now it seems to be poorly managed by young, inexperienced staff. They should hire new employees who are better suited for the job.

Great restaurant with a wide selection of ice cream flavors. The food was delicious and I had a pleasant encounter with one of the owners who was very friendly.

I went to get some ice cream for my wife, and the young lady who helped me seemed to lack basic manners. She was extremely rude and appeared to have no expression on her face. Her behavior was a disappointment in terms of customer service, and as a result, I will not be returning to this establishment. It seems like they hire anyone without considering whether they are capable of doing the job properly. This used to be a nice, family-oriented place, but now it seems to be run by inexperienced young girls who are ruining its reputation.

I don't hate to give 5 stars because I have such nostalgia for this place. do not order food for quality. they will not be satisfied, and sometimes the staff seems to have better things to do with their time than to serve them. but I've been here since I was a little girl, and I'll continue to go in for the memories and the ice.

I have a burger for the first time today. it was terrible, it was a frozen burger with fake grill marks that was cooked in a microshaft. tasted like a cheaper frozen tankstelle burger. no idea how they would sell something so bad.
