La carta tiene opciones aparentemente veganas marcadas con un símbolo específico, pero algunas de ellas llevan alimentos animales (no salen en carta, tienes que preguntar). Por ejemplo el Pad Thai lleva salsa de pescado, el ramen tampoco tiene caldo vegetal y no estoy segura si el rebozado del curry también lleva huevo... En definitiva, parece que haya mucha opción viendo la carta, pero después resulta que hay alimentos sorpresa y aún si marcan la opción igualmente como vegana . Un montón de opciones veganas, noodles, poke bowls, etc. Los platos estan muy buenos.El coolant es tremendamente bueno para ser vegano. El personal es muy simpatico, en especial Judith y las dueñas del local.
