Taco Bell - Grants

It was a painful experience. There seemed to be a lack of management and no control over the staff. Employees were frequently seen loitering outside or not following safety protocols, such as wearing masks. My orders were never fulfilled, and it appeared that items were always "in stock" due to mismanagement in ordering or possibly because they were giving items away to friends and family out the back door. This place should be avoided at all costs. Also, the dining room was closed.

The person at the drive-thru is very pleasant, and the interior design is lovely. Overall, it’s a great place! Thank you for staying open during COVID!
