Domino's Pizza - Grantsville

I have been waiting 1 hr 30 min for my order. I called to make sure it wasn’t lost. I was told they were busy. They said it would be another 45 min. IF it arrives in 45 min then that will be 2 hrs and 15 min. The tracker when I ordered said 18-39 min. Last time they made my order wrong. The customer service is horrible! This place needs new management and likely a new franchise owner. Note: all 5 star reviews have been made by the staff at the location.

They work when they want. Close early whether you have an online order or not. Put you on hold then hang up on you. Then when you show up, STILL over 10 mins before closing, thru close the door on you and say they have the right to refuse service.

I visited from out of town and ordered pizza for the family. Everything was fine other than one thin crust pizza. It was 100% burnt. I called they offered to remake it and redeliver it. Very good customer service up until that point. Then they called to tell me that the new pizza was going to look the same because that’s “just how thin crust is” (funny, because that’s not how it is at other locations . The manager also assured me that they “pride themselves on consistency”. Well they were definitely consistent with poor service and arrogance. The new pizza was delivered with no knock and was left on the door step for us to find who knows how long after it was left. It also looked like their delivery person moonlights for the local news paper or is training for the the World Champion Disc Golf tournament. The photo is the “we’re sorry and will make it up to you offering”. Then when we attempted to resolve the issue, the manager would not discuss it further and that’s just what we get. I’d say do better, but maybe just don’t do pizza from now on. That’s probably better. But good luck in your frisbee endeavors.

Recently visited the Grantsville Utah dominoes location. Was very impressed with the service I received. It was prompt and friendly. The store was very busy, but the young man who took my order was incredibly polite and took his time to make sure he got my order right. My order was ready in exactly the amount of time they gave. I would recommend this location to anyone! Oh.. and the food was delicious! Great job Grantsville Dominoes!!
