Market Street Deli Pizza Chicken

When our daughter and granddaughter visit us from Richardson, like they're doing today, they always stop by Market Street Deli to grab some chicken for lunch. It’s my 15-year-old granddaughter’s favorite local spot, and we love it too—plus, I don’t have to cook!

If you believe you need to head to a larger city for great food, you're mistaken! Market Street Deli offers everything you could want: delicious meals, friendly faces, and a welcoming atmosphere to chat with local neighbors. My personal favorite is their fried chicken, coleslaw, and biscuits—just thinking about it makes me hungry! The owner has done an excellent job with his team; they work hard behind the counter yet always have time to share a smile. When you enjoy your work, there's plenty of reasons to smile!

Warm staff and delicious food! We usually order takeout chicken, and it's always fresh and tasty. KFC, Churches, and Chicken Express could take lessons from this place; they really can't compare. Amazing food, but the service was extremely poor! It just wasn't worth the trouble. When our group approached the counter, we were immediately told to "WAIT OUR TURN" before we could even speak. This kind of greeting is unacceptable. We won’t be coming back, and we will be sharing our experience with our colleagues.
