Mac's On Main - Grapevine

We arrived on a Thursday evening at 6:00 PM. The restaurant wasn't too crowded when we got there, but it was consistently filling up. It's essential to reserve your table in advance! The food was fantastic—we tried the French onion soup, roasted calamari with shrimp, baked clams, baked carrots, and we shared the 22 oz prime rib. Everything was delicious and satisfying. The main dish was excellent! Others at our table enjoyed the grassy New York strip, mac and cheese, and gumbo. We also had two beers and a piña colada. Since it was a birthday celebration, the birthday boy received a complimentary slice of key lime pie. We added a piece of turtle cheesecake as well. No complaints; everything was devoured. The final bill was reasonable, which was a nice surprise at the end of the meal. We will definitely be back!

The meal was lovely, but at this price range, there are other restaurants that offer a better experience.

The ambiance was pleasant, and the service was excellent. The establishment appeared to be very clean. I visited for brunch, and while the menu was straightforward, it was quite satisfying. I would definitely recommend this place.

Our waiter was amazing, very professional and attentive. She recommended specials and 2 out of 4 us ordered them! The stuffed shrimp with linguini was delicious and the filet with crab/oscar sauce was as good as anything I've ever eaten. It's a white tablecloth restaurant without the white tablecloths. We were seated in a booth and not expecting the quality of food we got. We had never been there before and will definitely go back.
