Wingstop - Grapevine

Wonderful experience! They can be placed 25 French pommes in our order of the great pommes, the huh was very underboiled borderline dangerous, and that was cold, although we had to wait longer than expected in an empty restaurant. if this is the new standard for wingstop, I am finished with them!

I’m not one to write negative reviews, but I placed an order online to be ready in 15-21 minutes. I show up and food is not ready. The whole point of ordering ahead is to at least work around a busy schedule to an extent. To make matters worse, there was no real sense of urgency to get food out. Left almost an hour after all was said and done. The service industry right now is tough I understand, but customer service doesn’t have to be a lost art.

The customer service at this restaurant is amazing! I ordered a 3-piece thigh combo with 3 mango habanero wings and everything was delicious! The staff was also excellent. I definitely recommend this place.

This restaurant is terrible and the staff is horrible. I hope they are bought out by competent professionals.

Eating was great, customer service amazing. we're coming back.
