Feedback gevenHad to wait for a member of staff to come out. None came so went in the shop next door and asked if it was even open (it wasn't locked because I had just been stood there for 15 minutes. They said we will send someone in a minute, another 10 minutes later someone came out and served me. Could tell he just didn't want to be there practically throwing the food on the bread. The food was nice but the service was absolutely ridiculous!

Place is nice and clean but the servers are frustrating. Asked them what kind of cheese are in the cheesy bites, neither could tell me just shoved a leaflet at me, that told me nothing but nutritional value info. Then when I asked for a “tiny bit” of sauce, he proceeded to drench it in sauce. Ridiculous tbh, I was the only customer in there. I used to work at subway, and one thing our manager made sure we had was good product knowledge and customer service skills. This place is lacking that.
Staff aren't very welcoming. Left me stood at the counter for a few minutes before asking for my order, despite them being available. Went to use a 3.99 footlong voucher I got through my door as this subway is closest. Immediately get told they don 't accept it, so leave straight away feeling pretty annoyed that vouchers are so hard to use in any store and that I 've wasted a trip. Go on the subway website and find the participating store list for this particular deal and clear as day there is this subway. Go back in and say they do accept the deal, but was greeted with the same no we don 't, we can 't put it through the till had to remind them the fact of they are a franchise of subway and part of the deal is they have to follow their rules and can 't just choose to not accept a voucher when it states on their website they take it and that all subways have the same till system so if they can do it at one they can do it here. Had to make a scene for 15 minutes before they gave me a free one that had no transaction number etc on the till so couldn 't be tracked. Went straight in the bin as they refused to toast it, made it as pathetically as they could and the guy was in and out of the store doing god knows what so couldn 't trust he wasn 't putting his hands places or putting something in my sandwich. Pathetic store, pathetic staff.
