Arrived at 8:30 PM and the doors were already locked. Asked through the window, the blonde girl at the counter said they were closed and flicked the lights off. Google states the business confirmed closing at 9:00 PM two weeks ago. Sent a report to the BR website for management to check on them. I worked customer service too and you can’t just close early on people.

This place has changed over time, maybe the pandemic, Tina Hansen and family from Hansen brothers were very disappointed.

One of the employees there, didn't catch her name but she was on register today around 3 an was blonde. Was very rude an unfriendly. Barely looked at me or who I was with ordering in the face. An was dismissive when I started to order an just started at me blankly for 5 seconds. InGenuine In how she spoke an her demeanor. Will not be coming again just because of this.

The ice cream was delicious and the workers were the best?
