McDonald's - Gravenhurst

I was asked by two workers to use the kiosk But I refuse to because I was only ordering a tea. I'm going somewhere else.

This McDonald's is perhaps the busiest I have ever visited. I tried it for breakfast and lunch, but the line-ups were incredibly long, resulting in a 30-minute wait. The drive-through was not even worth attempting. It is clear that more staff are needed to handle the high volume of customers.

It's McDonald's. Your typical fast food chain. Just off hwy11 so your not too far off the main path to find food. Tons of parking for vehicles and a few big rigs. Staff was a little off. Seemed like they were complaining to the cashier confront of a lot of customers. But nonetheless the food was as good as it should be. Refillable drinks is always a plus!

Had a quick little meal before heading into Toronto. We ordered on the touch screen menu. Service was friendly. My son didn't like the drink he ordered, and they exchanged it, no problem. Washroom was clean.

Service was quite fast and actually accurate but the fries were luke warm.The eating area was clean but cannot say the same for the washrooms. The mens room had puddles and litter on the floor and on the counter and looked "not clean." I know the mess is not their fault and I know they try to maintain certain standards but maybe someone should check the washrooms more frequently.
