Domino's Pizza - Gravesham

Waited over a hour for 2 pizzas. Called the shop to be told that the driver was outside. No he wasn't never had been. The girl repeted my phone number back 2 me and said the driver had tried to call. Lies. Never again

Unfortunately, Domino's is not what it used to be. Sizes have become smaller whilst prices have increased significantly. They offer a lot of discounts but it's still very expensive for what it is. Much better off ordering from a kebab/pizza takeaway for bigger pizzas at a smaller cost. Service also very unpredictable, most times it comes late so not worth the price hassle.

This is our regular takeaway, however I think it's time for a change. When they get the pizza right it's the best, but this evening I paid over £20 for 2 medium pizzas (special offer!! mine which should have had extra cheese didn't have any on it!! They've got it wrong too many times now it's goodbye Dominoes.

I love that this restaurant offers options for those of us who can't tolerate gluten. I had an amazing gluten-free pizza and it was fantastic.

I recently ordered delivery from this restaurant and while the staff on the phone were friendly and helpful, and the delivery was prompt, I was disappointed with the quality of the two pizzas I received. They were lacking in freshness and moisture, and overall tasted very dry and bland. The only positive aspect was that they arrived hot. In all honesty, I feel I could have gotten a better tasting pizza from a supermarket freezer for a fraction of the cost. I only write negative reviews in hopes of providing constructive feedback for improvement. Overall, the pizzas were much too dry and lacked flavor.
