Knowle Country House - Gravesham

We had our wedding reception at The Knowle and it was truly fantastic! We got married at a local church and were able to get ready at the venue before the service. We returned to The Knowle for canapes, drinks, the wedding breakfast, and the after party. We booked the venue over a year in advance and had excellent communication throughout the process. The staff informed us that they may take longer to respond during the busy wedding season, but we never noticed any delays. They accommodated all of our requests, including serving Scottish food for my partner. The grounds were beautiful, the food was delicious, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The whole day went smoothly, from setup to takedown. The included centerpieces and flowers were a great bonus and made the day less stressful. We had a choice of lanterns, candelabras, and vases for the decorations. Everything was perfect and we wouldn't change a thing about our special day. We also had an in-house DJ who kept the dance floor busy. Our wedding photographer, Sarah Capon, did a wonderful job capturing the day. Highly recommend this venue for any special occasion.

We held our wedding at Knowle House on Thursday, August 24th, 2023, and it was an incredible experience from beginning to end. The venue went above and beyond to accommodate all of our requests, with Kelly and Mark being extremely helpful and attentive. Our coordinator, Vicky, and her team were amazing, ensuring that every detail was perfect. The room was beautifully decorated and the three-course meal options were a big hit with our guests. The food was delicious and everyone left satisfied. The grounds of the venue were stunning, providing a picturesque backdrop for our photos. Every guest was well taken care of and the staff made sure that no one went hungry. If you are considering Knowle House for your event, I highly recommend it as it exceeded all of our expectations. The staff was attentive and made us feel like royalty on our special day. The getting ready room was spacious and filled with natural light, making it the perfect place for the bridal party to prepare. We wouldn't change a single thing about our experience at Knowle House and we are grateful to everyone involved for making our day so perfect. We celebrated my parent's 25th wedding anniversary at The Knowle tonight and it was an amazing experience. The food, service, and entertainment by Tina Turner were all outstanding. We enjoyed laughs and dances with the Tina Turner Tribute and the staff, including Owen, Harrison, and Eoghan, provided excellent table service. Vikki and Caitlin at the bar were fantastic, ensuring we had drinks and stayed until we were ready to leave. The staff mentioned deserve special recognition. Thank you so much to The Knowle for organizing such a special evening for us. We look forward to returning for Sunday roasts and parties. xx

We have just had our wedding here and it was completely wow. I cannot express enough how wonderful and beautiful this wedding venue is. It's absolutely gorgeous. We completely fell in love with it and all our guests gave us compliments throughout on just how beautiful it was. What also really sets this venue apart is just how much they do for you for a wedding. The decoration was all them and it was flawless. This really takes the pressure off and helps to just relax and enjoy the day. They know their venue so well and how to just make it unbelievably gorgeous fairy lights and flowers throughout; it was stunning from morning till night. The venue and the excellent team there all understand completely how special and important a wedding is to a couple, and go out of their way for exceptional service. Everything was perfect, from the food, to the drinks and the booking process. Throughout the day I was kept informed of who would be my main point of contact as shifts ended, and this was just fantastic. The cliche phrase of nothing was too much trouble for them really does apply here. I really can't thank the venue enough for making our Wedding Day so perfect! Especially Kelly and Vicky were just great!

As a wedding photographer, our work depends on what we are offered as a canvas to work on. Booking a venue that has character it's definitely a great idea. I was stunned by the awesome Knowle House. Would definitely love to come back again. The food, the staff, the DJ, the decorations, absolutely spot on.
