I’ve ordered a white chocolate MOCHA 2 days in a row and have been given a white hot chocolate. Terrible
We never get the correct order everytime we drive-thru here. Its either no Caramel on my Caramel machiato or they giving me the wrong coffee or a spoil apple on the fruit and cheese box. They do not say what is the coffee before they hand it to you, by the time you leave and take a sip thinking its the right order, its incorrect and we are too far to return it. Disappointing.
While I understand that the pricing issues are more related to corporate decisions than the store itself, I feel that the prices are a bit too high. However, the staff at Starbucks Grayslake are truly fantastic and friendly.
It's unbelievable that I paid full price for a cup that was only three-quarters full, especially after waiting 10 minutes.
