So a good gf carving. very competent staff!

This is a traditional Austrian/Styrian family restaurant. Many of the dishes are gluten-free anyway and while allergens are marked in the menu, the personal is very friendly and in the position to make recommendations for GF dishes. they make gf schnitzel on request and can modify several of the other dishes by swapping pages etc. I had a delicious steiric version of the carving, with a gf pumpkin seed and an amazing potato salad with steirischer pumpkin seed oil (which comes with the carving as side). I was good after that, so seems to be sure.

Das Essen war super lecker. Auf der Karte sind zwar keine Allergene markiert, aber alles was frisch zubereitet wird, kann auch glutenfrei hergestellt werden. Laut Aussage des Personals wird dann auch besonders darauf geachtet, dass keine Kontamination stattfindet. Sehr zu empfehlen! Am besten aber vorher reservieren.
