Hauserl im Wald - Graz

There are 3 clearly marked vegan main dishes for the choice. the sweet pan was very good and fresh. also the supplement salat was on request vegan and super well possible.

Im Restaurant stehen drei eindeutig gekennzeichnete vegane Hauptgerichte zur Auswahl. Das Gemüsepfandl war sehr lecker und frisch. Auch der Beilagensalat konnte auf Wunsch vegan zubereitet werden und war hervorragend.

I give one star for the fact that they had something vegan and one for the fact that it technically was edible. But it tasted so boring, bland and oversalted that I didn't even finish it (and I really like eating in general). I had the gnocchi and they were just store-bought with some polpa straight from the can and a ton of salt. And that cost around 10,50. Don't recommend.

They have two vegan dishes on the menu: ravioli and curry. Ok if you are looking for a place to visit with omnis otherwise I would not recommend it. Updated from previous review on 2020-09-06

The hausl im wald impresses not only with extremely friendly service, but also with culinary first-class dishes, where I highly recommend the classic Styrian cuisine to the inclined visitor. these are located in the upper middle class segment, but there are also proper steiric portions, which not only makes the edible, but also the hungry come to their cost. the ambiente is looking for its own. a beautiful tree-crazed gastronomic garden with a lovely view into the wooded grazer area, accented with small flower boxes offer the right environment for relaxed enjoyment. A Jewel at the rande of the city and a favor for heart and eye.
