Whinstone View Bistro - Great Ayton

Such a pleasure to set up a high-time here today, beautiful, friendly staff, hard work to make the day of the high-time couple perfect.

My partner and I have just returned from our first stay at Whinstone and we can't wait to go back. The accommodation is stunning, the staff are fabulous and the location is just amazing. I couldn't fault anything about the stay. The food in the Bistro was fantastic and the service was excellent. The lodge was immaculate and there are lots of little extra touches that I haven't experienced anywhere else. We stay in hot tub lodges regularly, but this is the best we have had the pleasure to stay in. We were recommended this by a friend, and we couldn't have been happier. Perfect stay.

I took my wife out for dinner at the restaurant on Sunday to celebrate her birthday, and it was absolutely delightful! Everything we ordered was delicious, particularly the Aero cheesecake, which was incredible. The Black Sheep pint was one of the best I've ever had.

I spent an entire week at the lodge and enjoyed breakfast at the bistro twice, as well as a Sunday lunch. The food was excellent, and the atmosphere is great for weddings or parties. Overall, I had a fantastic week in the Teesside area!

We just spent a wonderful weekend at this venue for a special occasion, and I can’t recommend it enough. Our family of 10 stayed in the largest lodge, named Freda, which was spacious, spotless, and equipped with everything we needed, including a whirlpool. The ceremony room, while small, was perfectly designed for our needs and accommodated all our guests comfortably. The meal served was warm and inviting, and the staff were attentive and friendly. In the evening, the bar was lively with a great selection of beers, wines, spirits, and cocktails. The next morning, we enjoyed a lovely breakfast in the bistro. For a small venue, it certainly made a big impression. Thank you!
