Dunkin' - Great Barrington

Folks had just opened and fir so early in the morning they were extremely pleasant! I stopped two early mornings in a row, same friendly service! ???

Despite changing their hours frequently, it's a guessing game when open even if the hours listed suggest being so. Often a result of staffing problems but no signs of trying to fix that.

The absolute worst Dunkin to go to. If you can avoid it do! Waited 10 minutes in the drive through line then another 5 at the window while my coffee sat there ready to go inside the window. There was no one inside! Staff was standing around on their phones and just chilling while I sat there and stared at the them. Management needs to do their job and fire these losers. Some of us have a busy schedule and it shouldn’t take 15 minutes to get a coffee when it’s not even busy. I wouldn’t even give them a 1 star rating! Pathetic service! I’ll go to Starbucks from now on!

Went there at about 2, maybe 3 in the afternoon and waited in the drive thru line for about 5 minutes. The employees came out, locked the door behind them and didn't say a word to myself or others in line about being closed, just left. Again this was in the middle of the afternoon, it's not like I showed up unreasonably late or anything, they just randomly closed

Drive through rude , Very unfriendly , customer service asked for less ice in ice coffee which they normally put in 3/4 ice and a little coffee so basically your paying for ice , so when I got coffee I asked for a little less for less ice and the guy almost had a hissy fit ,
