Arby's - Great Falls

I stopped by today to get a treat for our German Shepherds, who absolutely love Arby’s. The order was almost perfect; however, one of the beef and cheddar sandwiches was incorrect. I returned it for a replacement, and they corrected the mistake while kindly letting me keep the incorrectly made sandwich. The only other issue was that there was no horseradish sauce included.

The young man at the register with the hickey is the sole reason this place gets an extra star. He provided excellent service. We visited around 9 PM and noticed that there were five young men working. The food, however, was mediocre at best. When I returned to place another order since half of us didn’t enjoy our meals, I thought sliders would be a safe bet—but I was mistaken. Everything was even worse this time. The mozzarella sticks were cold, and the sliders contained old roast beef that I suspect had been pre-sliced just so they could clean the deli slicer and leave for the night. While I don’t plan on returning to this area, this location really needs to improve its quality standards and refrain from playing inappropriate music while families with children are still around.

We made a brief stop after shopping and specifically requested that the Reuben be cut in half, which we confirmed with the staff. Unfortunately, it wasn't cut as we had asked. It’s a minor issue, but it matters when you're sharing a meal in the car.

I ordered several items that were just average, but my six-piece chicken nugget was disappointing—it had virtually no chicken in it. Instead, it was filled with about 15 tiny, fried bits that were completely dry and crunchy. For reference, the sauce packet was a standard size. Honestly, this place should close down. They should consider replacing it with another Taco Bell or McDonald's, where at least you can expect consistent, average food without any unpleasant surprises.

The staff were very passive-aggressive when I inquired about placing four orders for my coworkers, and they outright refused my request.
