Holiday Inn Restaurant, Sports Bar Casino

This was my first time dining in the western part of the country. I received excellent treatment from the staff. I would like to thank each of the employees who made our experience truly memorable during a difficult time. Special thanks to Bailey, Brince, Rachel, Austen, Bri, Kristina, and Kezie. I am grateful for the wonderful time and memories that I will cherish in my heart. Thank you once again.

Typically, this restaurant is a 5-star spot, but this time it was a letdown. A new waiter greeted us after 10 minutes and refused to change the channel on the TV because another patron was watching it. Instead, he turned the TV towards us, forcing us to watch something we weren't interested in for the next hour. It took another 15 minutes for him to take our order, which consisted of 25 and 12-piece wings. The wings took 30 minutes to arrive and were overcooked, with meat so hard it was almost inedible. When we asked for more celery, we were given uncut stalks to gnaw on instead of the usual sticks. The wings were dry and lacked sauce, so we requested more, only to be given a tiny 1 oz portion. My drink was never refilled, and I was charged extra for sauce and celery. We ended up barely eating anything and had to bring the leftovers home. The experience was ruined by bad service, unappetizing food, and being forced to watch a hockey game instead of the playoff game we came for. Overall, I paid $50 for a disappointing meal and had to salvage it at home. Next time we visit, we'll make sure to avoid that particular waiter. While this restaurant is usually great with friendly servers and tasty food, one bad experience can ruin the entire meal. Make sure to check your server if you want to enjoy your meal.

This restaurant is an excellent place to visit. It is comfortable and clean, and they have also done some fantastic renovations to the interior.

The best food I had in this city was downstairs, scaring them to the manager.
