Panda Express - Great Falls

Drive through girls must from their high horse, but first give her some hearing aids. I vaccinated my order with me for about 2 seconds and started showing attitude. Irritated by me to ask her a question what they do and have DONT in stock (because half of the menu is always in stock) Ignored me as soon as she gave me my shield, this panda has to withdraw her employees.

By driving around 8:45, it was said that it had only a limited menu (3 ducks and egg rolls) when they close at 9:30. It was clear that they stood before closing, as there were around 7-8 employees in cleaning. If your store tells you? reopen until 9:30, then I should be able to order everything in the menu by then. Even with as many people as they had worked, it would be easy to close in time. The workers were as active as if I had not disturbed them by expecting them to create jobs there. Don't you waste your money here? Better options.

Cold fat food. Bad service. Go to Best Wok. So delicious.

The service was terrible. Ordered 4 drinks and none were marked so we did not know whether they were diet or regular. When we said something, the girl in the window said she was not the one she pours out. Good customer service would have been to take the drinks, apologise to mark them, and then give them back to us. Instead, we have restored an eye role. They gave us only 2 forks for 4 people. We were also short egg rolls. Another girl came up and said we have everything and close the window and then made an rude hand gesture. We had to go to the store and get more forks. Spoke with the manager and she said the drive up was actually busy - funny no one was there - and that she apologised new employees. The girl on the way up refused everything that happened at all.

The food is good, staff is friendly.. but the turnover for getting food out is super slow. This is a super slow town though. I like panda when I am burned out on eating something else. Close to the Koa and Walmarts. But the slowness needs to pick up. Maybe they?re understaffed but it definitely needs to pick up a little more! Overall nice clean seats but it?s like chic fil la everyone goes here.
