Regular customer when the owners were taking orders ,now I think they have teenagers running the phone because I tried to place an Order and the girl that answered sounded higher than my prayers …sorry yummy yummy but I will no longer be buying from here .
So much food for such a good price. the dame that drives through the window was very friendly and accommodating. we will definitely return!
Food is better than their customer service. About a year ago I placed an order and had an emergency so I called to cancel the order to have the woman call me back to get snappy with me.... after I had just told them I was dealing with an emergency. She advised me I was going on a list. Mind you, we placed an order there on a regular basis. Called to place an order and they took it. Only to receive a call back saying I could pay at the window..not over the phone...meaning I’d be waiting an additional 30 min bc it’s always 15 minutes but you end up waiting bc their time management is almost as bad as their customer service. I attempted to call back to speak to the management only to be hung up on over and over again. When she finally answered she said if I continued to call she would call the police bc this was harassment. Advised her this was far from harassment but I wanted to speak to the owner...low and behold she is the owner. I explained myself from the previous order end she said it’s okay I recorded it. I’m glad she did. As someone who has worked in customer service before the approach she took baffles me. I could understand if this was more than one time or had o not called shortly after to cancel my original order. Regardless, she didnt have to go about this the way she did knowing full well the emergency ended up being fatal. Hands down the worst customer service I’ve experienced in my life. My advice to her... even though she probably will not take it... watch a ted talk or 5 on how to own and operate a successful business... better yet just start out with one or 5 on customer service.She’s not a nice person despite what she thinks.
