American Pizza And Wings

Finally a gyro place is back in town! Had a gyro today and was really good. Talked with the owner and will try his pizza and wings next visit.

The 12' Italian cold cut I ordered was only full of random chunks of ham and no other meat. Bread was stale. And the sandwich was drowned in some sort of dressing.

I can not BELIEVE the “lack of service” my family and I received tonight. The only staff person there was SO rude and short with us. Unwilling to give a refund even AFTER he touched our food to show us “why it wasn’t burnt.” I have never experience such HORRIFIC service. We called initially to make the complaint; just asking that we receive a replacement. Once we were met with such obstinate service we then requested a refund. The refund was for 9.99 !!! My son and I did a pre birthday lunch, dinner- date the other day. The ladies working in there are really friendly. They did there best to serve us what they did have! Allot of what we were curious to order, was not available. The menu is extremely limited. But again the women made us comfortable and served us some pretty good munch. The fries were totally delicious! And the steak n cheese wasn't bad either. The prices are definitely waaayyyy too high for such a limited establishment with basic foods. Overall my experience was ok. Friendly workers can make a huge difference in these situations. So my 3 stars are DEFINITELY for the LADIES and the amazing French fries! ?

2/12/22 I ordered three entrees. I waited the 40 minutes, they claimed they were very busy, and arrived at the restaurant at approximately 1:15 to pick the food up. There were two women sitting in the dining room. One was eating, I believe the other was smoking. They asked me about ordering and I told them I had already placed an order. They looked at one another dumbfounded. I told them what I ordered and the tall woman said she had not started on my order because she forgot. She then said, Its not my fault, I don 't have a ticket for your order . She repeated this a couple times then went to the register to place my order. She asked me if I 'd be willing to stay a 'couple minutes '. I left. She ran outside and socialized with a car full of people before I could leave the parking lot, it looked sketchy. This is the second time I 've had a negative experience at your restaurant. I give up. Do not trust crackheads to manage your dream.
