Five Guys

When we visited Five Guys in California, MD, we were greeted by Darryl. He was pleasant, professional during the order process. Once all customers order and were waiting for their meals, Darryl quickly moved to the dining area and was cleaning tables before heading back behind the counter to greet new customers entering the establishment.

Service was good at this location. Food was good as well. But for the price they are charging for their hamburgers, they should have thicker beef patties. It was like a patty from McDonald's. Come on five guys!

Placed online order for curbside pickup at 6:57. Arrived at 7:05 and tapped the I 'm here button. Called the restaurant at 7:25 with no answer. Walked in with two small children in the rain for a refund. Had PBJ for dinner. Was told I still showed up as nearby on the system despite my phone showing I checked in.

Staff great, atmosphere more than acceptable, but food…very ordinary for the cost. They do give a LOT of fries for the money. At the end of the day though, will not be eating there again if there are any other choices.

Great option for everyone in the family to get something special.Food was hot and ready when I arrived.
