If your having an issue speak clearly so they cans understand this is America home of opportunity so why don’t you give people a chance instead of getting mad when they probably aren’t understanding you, Karen!
We ordered from here twice in the past month and I must say, we were all pleasantly surprised! The shrimp were huge and succulent and the broccoli was fresh. They don't over season with soy sauce and salt as most Chinese restaurants do. We tried the Shrimp Egg Foo Young, Shrimp Fried Rice, Hunan Shrimp and the Shrimp Two Style....all were DELISH, you wont be disappointed!
Do not order delivery! I ordered and was told 45 min, so when an hour passed I called to see if they had left to deliver my food and they said the driver had left 15 minutes before that? I live 5 mins away. So the driver shows up an hr and 20 mins after I ordered and is in a huge rush, so I said if there was any problems I would call seeing he didn't have the time for me to check the order. So my order was missing the only food item my son eats from there which happened to be a large order of spare ribs, I call to speak to the manager and happened to get the owner who tells me I paid 9.95 for the spare ribs and that they were placed in my bag after arguing that I didn't get them he had no solution so He says I can reorder them and pay again at this point I am pissed and my son has nothing to eat and my husband has his truck in the shop and was at work with my car so I re ordered the spare ribs and this a**hole that says he is the owner not only has me pay for spare ribs twice but in order for them to deliver again it needed to be over 15.00, so i had to spend 6.00 more. The food was okay and my son loved the spare ribs but the fact that I have been in management for 9 years and in customer service for 12 makes me sick to think this is the owner? wtf does he think? this is the U.S not Asia so good luck with running customers off with NO customer service skills. If this was an employee of mine I would have fired him on site, not only would I fix the problem and made sure the driver went right back out with the correct order but I would have also given the customer dinner on us next time. This is why you struggle to run your greasy shop. Tell your driver this is his tip instead of the 25% I usually give. Bad service no customer. no customer no job. no job no more U.S go home and treat your own people like common thieves. I could buy and sell your sweat shop the times and would not waste my breath on 9.95 like you insisted that I already must have eaten or someone else eaten the DAMN ribs. Ripping people off is going to catch up to you, I am sure this is how you pay for you AND your 12 relatives to live in your shop.
I found the food to be alright. Service could have been better, but I have seen worse. Some of the food was a bit chilled and kind of bland. Of course, what can you expect from a buffet right?
