Starbucks

Ordered a drink(grande matcha latte light ice) and lemon loafer Saturday, June 8 at 237pm. Didn't receive until 30 minutes later. My order came out wrong.Only apology I received was sorry about that. I just took and left because of the time.

I was reprimanded by the drive thru attendant for arriving 3 minutes after placing my mobile order (which said order would be ready in 4-8 minutes). I go to Starbucks (not this location) at least 4 times weekly, always placing a mobile order, and have never had an issue like this. Drive thru attendant said that they are instructed to let customers know they are too early for their order because it makes them run behind. Not sure what the difference would be if I had ordered at the drive thru vs mobile ordering but maybe working on your efficiency would help you with running behind. To top it off my order was not made correctly, one can only assume on purpose. Recently visited this location again, hoping to give a second chance, placing a mobile order except this time I went inside for my order, I had to wait 20 minutes for my order that was said to be done in 4-8 minutes. Do better.

So I order café latte big one, but she gave me the small one, but they told me they don't have my name but they shot me sick dollar I don't know why

It should not take 25 minutes for a drink when the store only had two other customers inside.....

My one star review is only for the coffee. It is horrible now completely not drinkable. It seems like Starbucks is trying to get away from selling brew coffee. I used to easily visit five days a week now I simply can’t drink it if I get a cup of coffee there I have to have a cup of hot water to go with it to mix because the coffee is just way too strong and it’s the same coffee I used to get every day so obviously it’s the ratio that’s changed. And not just this location. It is every Starbucks I have been to for the last two or three months. I kept thinking it’s just that location or this location but it’s getting to be a normal thing.
