Belmond Le Manoir Aux Quat'saisons

I can only give Le Manoir the highest rating: a perfect five. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, everything was exceptional, with no complaints whatsoever. We celebrated my 40th birthday there yesterday, and it was one of the best experiences of my life. Their attention to detail is unparalleled, and no request is too much trouble. The food was exquisite, beautifully presented, and absolutely unforgettable. We chose the six-course lunch, and even though there were a couple of ingredients I usually avoid, like cauliflower and mushrooms, I decided to fully experience the menu as it was intended. I can honestly say it was the best food I have ever tasted, and worth every penny. Now I understand why they have maintained two Michelin stars for over 30 years.

What an amazing place! From the delicious food to the lovely rooms, everything is wonderful. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. This place is definitely worth a visit!

Breakfast was another highlight—made to order and delightful. I’m not usually one for early mornings, but I couldn’t resist the fresh pastries and croissants, followed by scrambled eggs and smoked salmon. Perhaps I was being a bit indulgent, but it was my birthday, and I savored every moment. A heartfelt thank you to all the staff we encountered, who were unfailingly charming and made our experience even more special.

I am lost for words, how to describe this most exquisite jewel of a sacredness, because that is it! the tensions and loads of the everyday go away when they get into the flawless terrain of le manoir. the environment is really quiet, the environment super relaxed but with a formal edge to know that they are something special somewhere. all employees are welcome and welcoming and they know whether they are once in a life contract or an old friend who dives on a more regular basis, they are appreciated and welcome without prejudice. it goes without saying that eating out of this world is whether they taste the taste menu or the a la carte, the wee and cocktails are a joy and the accommodation is second in the world! if they would go this extra mile for once in a life experience, they really could not go wrong with le manoir aux quat’seasons! I just returned from a surprise visit to celebrate my 50th birthday. my man and I had the most fabulous time and this journey will be documented in my most valuable memories! a great thank you to all the staff in le manoir who make this a birthday to remember!

Experience was brilliant, it’s not just about the food, it’s the whole package. Setting is spectacular, along with the staff and the attention to detail. We went to celebrate a special occasion and Le Manoir did not disappoint.. I cannot wait to find an excuse o go again ! Till next time.
