Noir Bakery Cafe - Great Neck

Man, possibly owner, EXTREMELY RUDE, when first walking into the shop. Stayed at the hotel across the street and had hotel coffee in hand. Said good morning with no response. We were going to order espresso’s and pastries when we were asked to take our drinks outside. Never went back in and NEVER will!! Would NOT recommend. Take your business elsewhere. As per response below…..sign was NOT seen…that does NOT explain your incredible rudeness or LACK of customer service. If nicely asked, we would have no problem.

The owners are remarkable people unlike the family that works there full time. Horrible service

First time here and I absolutely loved it. Their chocolate croissant was one of the best I’ve ever had. Highly recommend coming here
