Cicis Pizza - Great Wood

The staff is great to me and my kids every time we stop in! Very attentive on top of things ! Whoever is managing this location is doing an amazing job!

I’ve been coming to this Cicis for two years and I have to say that the service and food has been amazing. I’d attended prior, but most recently saw a change in management, an extremely nice Hispanic guy, who clearly loves and enjoys his job. Never had a bad experience since and I honestly wish him the best!

Food was pretty good but their service always really good

This is definitely a family orientated business! The staff is consistent from beginning to end. They always greet you at the door always thank you when u leave. while your lined up at the buffet they ask if everything is fine, they'll ask if there's anything they can make for you. they're definitely attentive, the owner of this establishment definitely takes pride and strives to offer the best experience. he takes time to talk to the guest. It is definitely by far! One of the better franchise location to drive out to. thank you for all that you and the staff do.

So nostalgic being at CiCi's pizza on a Friday night. Great time and food for the entire family.
