Kravin' Desserts Tapioca - Great Wood

Honestly, I wish I could give this a zero star rating. Me and a friend were craving a cup of coffee after a Ramen meal next-door. The young girl (maybe Nicole? at the front register was completely rude and couldn 't explain anything. Not even a hello. I asked a couple of very simple questions and she seemed so annoyed. The place was basically empty. She was so bothered by us asking for 2 cups of coffee, one with milk. If you want to feel unwelcome, you will in this place. I 'll go where my money and time is appreciated. I noticed in other reviews for this place, it seems like the same girl is being insulting to customers. The reply is that you have had a talk with her but the behavior is being repeated and you are losing customers because of her.

My drink is always so so so good! Love this place. I come every week. They are very efficient too so the drinks are made fast. Ingredients are always fresh. Staff is always friendly.

Kravin is located in a small shopping strip off of I-10 between Mason and Westgreen making it the perfect spot to grab a quick drink if you don't want to navigate the busier Katy Asian Town shopping center nearby. My fiancé and I visited on a Sunday afternoon after grabbing lunch at Pokéworks in the same plaza, and got their Kravin Artichoke.The Kravin Artichoke is an artichoke tea with grass jelly and basil seeds in the drink. The drink is light and refreshing, and one of our go to drinks during the summer to beat the summer heat. We added lychee jelly to the drink since the first drink topping is free at Kravin, and it added just the right amount of sweetness to the drink.However, if you're looking for more classic boba drinks, they definitely have a large variety of options of milk teas and fresh teas to choose from, and also snacks and desserts making it a great spot to stop by for refreshments!

Great place. The yogurt smoothies are amazingly good. I have tried the blueberry banana yogurt smoothie, strawberry banana, mango, and blueberry and all of them were outstanding.

Why are we as consumers already paid inflation on prices increase, and now paying transactions credit card fees for business? This is bs.
