Mcdonald's - Great Wood

This McDonald's runs like a system. I have not had any issues with my order ever. The customer service is attentive, and the area around the restaurant does not feel unsafe. Lastly, this McDonald's has never not had an item we ordered. In the past, we have visited other McDonald's that always seem to be out of something. This McDonald's is nice.

These ppl have the NASTIEST attitudes ever!!! They see customers standing in the lobby waiting to be helped and they just look at you and keep going. What makes it even worse is the MANAGERS do the exact same thing. They see you standing there and instead of telling one of the many employees standing around playing to help they say nothing. Their is one manager there tall and slim. She is always very helpful when she sees you standing there. Please do something about this. We should not be standing in the lobby for over 5 minutes waiting for someone to help us.
