We ordered pizza for carry out for a specific time, and arrived around 5 minutes after the scheduled pick up time. They stated that they were running a little behind which we understood since sometimes that happens so we waited, and waited, and waited... several people who came in after us received their order before us, we waited 30 minutes, and even asked for an update on our pizza, only to find out it was never made, so we had to wait an additional 10 minutes... Props to the cashier as they were kind, but it's still frustrating that we had to wait almost 40 minutes for a carry out that was scheduled...On top of that, we ordered a super supreme pizza that was supposed to have all the meats but when we got home, it only had pepperoni and pizza... it was missing ham, beef, pork, toppings that we paid for... understandably our fault for not checking but we were already 40 minutes behind and checking before leaving was the last thing on our minds.All in all, I would just go to a different pizza hut...
I came to Pizza Hut at 6:26 and they there customer service is so amazing. I’m so glad I got Betty and Abigail instead of anyone else. They were very helpful and me getting what I wanted today I will be for sure. Call me back and I hope you guys check it out
I went on 02/03/24 and the experience was better than in the past few years. New management or employees???
Order a pizza, they never let me know it was delivered. Didn't knock, or call to let me know they left it at my door. When I opened my front door, this was how my pizza was left. DO NOT... EVER.... ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION!! They are the worst!
