Waffle House - Great Wood

It would be a good place if the staff would shut up. They were shouting over each other while they were talking across the room. Our waitress couldn't hear our order and we were right next to her. The staff couldn't hear her as she shouted out our order like they are required to do. The actual customers were quiet as they ate. Only noise and commotion came from the staff. Bad management here! Our cook was very good and made sure our food was right and our waitress was helpful too.

Just had the best grits breakfast bowl of my lifetime! These grits were perfection! The cheese decadent. I love it.

Waitress never hung up her phone the entire time, she had the speaker up loud enough to hear throughout my visitThe cook took my order she brought me a cup of coffee, never asked if I needed anything never refilled coffee or water.Her phone was even on when I checked out, the Tip she got from me was written on the bill "Turn Off Your Phone! "Cell phones should not be allowed to employees in the workplace! She probably is paid by the hour, so she is costing you for non performance!SB
