Gilfreds - Great Yarmouth

Nice intimate restaurant. Well cooked and choice of meats. Good selection of seasonal vegetables. Very friendly and helpful staff. Even though quite a busy Sunday lunchtime we never felt pressured to finish up to make space as in some other Carveries.

Another lovely carvery. We come here pretty much every week sometimes as a couple, sometimes with friends and sometimes with family. Really good food and attentive staff what more can you ask for! Top tip: try the peppered beef it's amazing!

We all had the carvery and it was gorgeous, proper home cooked and lots of it, I was stuffed afterwards, the staff are so helpful and tentative.....Great food, great service....sorry no photos was too busy eating but my granddaughter loved it.

Skamouth weekend and very pleased this place was still open. Booked Sunday carvery and again not disappointed with the food, lovely and hot, fresh and delicious meats. Very friendly staff to who were very attentive. Definitely be back next year
