Good Luck Chinese Take-away

I ordered a beef curry with rice and was fine with paying a little extra for it. However, I received a large chicken curry and then was charged an extra £4.70 for a large chips. I also ordered a regular chips, which cost £3.60. I found the prices to be overpriced and, as a result, I will not be returning to this restaurant.

I had to wait for over an hour at this restaurant. I ordered a combination meal that was supposed to include ribs, chicken balls, crispy chicken with chips, and pancake rolls. However, all I received was crispy chicken and chips. The chicken was dry and rubbery, and the bill ended up being over 20 pounds with all the extra charges. I regret not checking Trip Advisor beforehand. This experience has put me off Chinese food and I definitely won't be ordering from this restaurant again.

Ordered 5.30pm, sitting here at 8pm and still no food. I gave them the benefit of the doubt when it went past the hour mark on a saturday night but 2.5 hours and still no food is an absolute joke. Called the shop 3 times and keep getting fobbed off with a different story and no honest updates. Won't be ordering from here again.

I waited for over 1 hour and 40 minutes for my food at this restaurant. The staff were not at the desk when I arrived, resulting in poor service. The prices have become expensive. I have been coming to this place for years, but the food is nothing like it used to be. It looked very dried out. The man at the cashier even had the audacity to ask if I wanted my change back, only 10p. I won't be returning to this place.

The boss is very rude and disrespectful to her staff and blames the people taking the orders when complaints come back about the food being greasy… surely that’s the cooks fault not the telephone sort yourself out and treat your staff with some respect
