Istanbul Kebab House - Great Yarmouth

The online menu listed the meal at $16, but I was charged $25 at my door. The quality of the meat was very poor, and I had to drain off excess oil. Additionally, I did not receive any of the pita bread that I had ordered. Due to this experience, I will not be ordering from this restaurant again.

The service was poor the food was disgusted over cook kebab meat and chips cold and taste of mould left overs I would not recommend this place they don't do any thing bout the food .

Today, on 21/10/23 at around 8:00 pm, I decided to try out this takeaway restaurant despite the negative reviews. Unfortunately, they once again fell short of my expectations. Upon entering the shop, I noticed it was a bit untidy and not very clean. I ordered a large kebab with meat cooked well done and the pitta bread well done as well to avoid sogginess. However, I was disappointed to find that the pitta bread was undercooked and the meat seemed to be improperly cooked as well. For a cost of £10, I would have expected the food to be cooked to my liking. The salad provided was bland and unappetizing, much like the kebab itself. I only managed to eat a few bites before throwing the rest away. Overall, this experience was a disappointment and a waste of money. I would have been better off giving the £10 to a homeless person. The staff at the restaurant seemed more interested in their mobile phones than in providing good customer service or maintaining cleanliness. I have no plans to return to this restaurant. Overall, a disappointing and pointless experience.

I had a flyer delivered to our caravan from these guys while staying at Vauxhall Park Holiday Park, they told me they are open late and deliver direct to caravan. Placed an order last night for 4 items, the delivery driver called me 20 minutes later and told me they cannot deliver to caravan and I had to go down to meet him at the entrance, which I did (reluctantly) I got back to caravan to find missing items (Pizzza, which is the main reason I ordered). I rang them back up to tell them they had missed my pizza on a 4 item order and I didn’t want to wait for a new one to be delivered and to refund my money, for them to tell me they cannot refund me back to my car I paid on. So they can take payments but cannot refund when the mess up (what a lie). Told me they would drop me another pizza off but I’d have to meet him back at entrance I was already in my PJ’s and all the other food had been eaten so I said no I just wanted my money back, they refused to give me a refund and told me to drive to the shop if I wanted my money back (this is around 2 miles from the camp site and was drinking so refused to drive to shop). If you mess up and order at least have the decency to refund your customer what they paid for and didn’t receive!!!!!!!

Staying at seashore, they delivered to the end of the road nearer the caravan. Forgot one item which was very promptly redelivered with both guy on phone and delivery lady v helpful. Had kebabs, wrap, burger and pizza and all was hot and well cooked with good portions of tasty food. Thanks all
