On Route - Greater Napanee

I stopped at 3 ONroute stops over 2 days (and 300 km) and consistently the restrooms were dirty, the Wifi was clumsy to use and weak, and the food options were average. The only thing I can say on the positive side is that they are convenient.

Boy, eh... I'm 11 years in Canada and have visited many Tim's over the country. This one was absolutely below all expectations. You do not expect to have to wait 25 minutes in a line at a major highway for something simple as a breakfast.Once we actually were in the position of ordering, the mess was complete. We had to walk away and go to the A&W for breakfast.They're abysmal in service. Un-be-lie-ve-able!

The staff is very grumpy. they do not get your orders correct the store is very dirty. they do not clean they place very quickly. i saw a customer almost slip on some butter that was on the floor.

Bel endroit pour arrêter proche de la 401. L'endroit est propre et bien entretenue. Possibilité de manger ou de prendre un café. C'est très achalandé durant l'heure des repas. Les toilettes sont propres.

The OnRoute in Napanee is a nice place to stop on a drive from Downeast to Toronto. We always stop here to grab a Coffee and maybe a snack. The bathrooms are always clean and the food areas are kept clean too. It's really nice to be able to stop and get a coffee, use the bathroom, and grab some gas all in one stop.
