I took my kids out for dinner at this restaurant. The food was good, but I felt it was too expensive. The service was great, but the atmosphere could use a makeover since the restaurant looks outdated. I've also been here on the weekends for karaoke, which can be a bit overwhelming to listen to people singing all night long. Perhaps they could have karaoke one night and play dance music on another night instead.

The most important aspect for me when visiting this restaurant is the karaoke DJ, who runs a fantastic show and has a great voice. The drinks are also well-made with good proportions. However, I must admit that I tend to get a bit tipsy when I come here. I haven't had the chance to try the food here often, but when I have, it has been satisfactory. While nothing stood out as particularly exceptional, there were no major complaints either. Despite these positives, I can only give this restaurant three stars due to the serving staff. Unfortunately, I have consistently found them lacking in quality service. Tonight, I was left waiting for a server for a prolonged period, only to have my empty glasses picked up without any further assistance. This left me quite surprised and disappointed. Most of the serving staff seem to have forgotten the importance of providing great service to guests. I believe that good service includes a positive attitude and ensuring that no glass goes empty. I expect to be treated with the same level of care and attention that I provide to my own clients, but I frequently feel let down in this regard at this restaurant. As a result, I often find myself going directly to the bar to order from the bartender, who at least seems to have a better attitude than the serving staff.

Whatever you do get the poutine. All food I've ever had over the years has been amazingggggg. The atmosphere is always fun, tons of regulars seem to be in there and they have karaoke on the weekends.

Great local bar and grill for socializing with friends over a few drinks and great pub food.
