Burger King - Greece

Customer service did not live up to driver. my groceries sat in the rain. we were unaware of the delivery;no text or call upon arrival, i dont know the time because we were sleeping.

Entire order except for fries was wrong. For 2 teenagers. They said no lettuce, tomatoes and no onions. I cleaned it off for them but they said they taste onions.

Been coming to this location for years. I don’t know what happened to this BK but I pulled a strand of hair out of my whopper after a couple bites! I was at home so I just threw the whopper in the garbage. Disgusting!! I will never eat at this location again!!

I was told I had to wait for my food for about 5 min, i had to be at an appt, and couldn't wait, they refused refunding me when I asked and the Mgr yelled at me for wanting a refund, and I left w no food or my money I'm calling corporate and will not go to that BK again, on Spencerport

Sat at drive through order station for 5 minutes and nobody said a word to me so I left.
