Fat Shack - Greeley

I visited the restaurant to enjoy a few appetizers and was truly impressed by the quality of service. Mark did an excellent job recommending dishes and providing attentive service. Although I've only been here once before, I definitely plan to return to this location. We ordered the mozzarella sticks, mac and cheese bites, and jalapeño poppers. The food was of high quality and tasted fresh. Overall, I would rate it a 5 for the food!

I had a decent burger, but it wasn't exactly what I requested, as some toppings I asked for were missing. The fried Oreos I ordered were undercooked, and the fries were the same. Furthermore, when my husband asked for salt and pepper on his sandwich, the staff questioned him about why he wanted it. While the sandwiches themselves were good, the rudeness and the undercooked food were unacceptable. Overall, I would rate the food as a 2.
