La Fiesta - Greeley

I've been enjoying the Mexican pizza plate for many years! It's the only dish I ever order, so I can't really comment on anything else. I love the chips, salsa, and green chili—definitely a must-try! Just be sure to check the hours, as they're quite limited and the restaurant is closed on both Saturdays and Sundays. I also tried the Chile Rellenos, which were really good. The service was quick and the staff were very friendly too.

We were pleasantly surprised after stopping by during a softball tournament near Greeley. We decided to try several dishes, and everything we ordered was fantastic! We had the enchilada plate with green chili, a cheeseburger for the kids, and hot wings. Everything was served hot and tasted amazing! We will definitely be returning! Thank you!

The food was excellent, and the prices were very reasonable. I tried the smashed Carnitas Burrito, and the green chili was particularly delicious. My wife ordered a fish taco and a shrimp tostada, both of which were also very tasty. We ended up swapping plates and enjoyed everything. Overall, we were very satisfied and would definitely eat there again.

I wouldn't say it was something special, but it was delicious authentic Mexican food as they say. The prices were somewhat steep (read: Margaritas), but the amount of food you get was very generous. The special was Fajitas and it was shrimp, chicken and beef w/ some large green chili sauce and it could have easily fed 3 people.

The food was the only redeeming factor. The restaurant was empty on a Friday night and yet the service was so slow. They put steak on my vegetarian friend's meal, the drinks were mostly soda and cost $8. No prices on anything because they overcharge you for everything. Our server forgot our box 3 times and messed up the bill. After going to the front to get it fixed two teenagers spent 15 minutes trying to fix it while dropping F-bombs every 5 seconds. The staff didn't seem to care about their crappy service and ended up charging us more than what was on the original bill, they didnt even offer to comp a drink for all the mistakes they made. Overal uncomfortable and unpleasant experience. Don't plan on going back.
