Roasty's Steakhouse - Greeley

Spacious diner that was renovated in April 2022 under new management.

Really good food. Old Style Diner with good coffee. However, you had to choose one thing from the menu to get it would be the cookies and Gravy. The cookies are extremely fluffy and melt in your mouth the engraving is an old style engraving. You can't beat that.

I relocated here in 1996 and worked at the Cadillac dealership just a quarter of a mile away. Back then, I discovered this hidden gem of a restaurant near the local car dealership. It’s known for having the best Bloody Mary in Greeley, and luckily, it also serves the best breakfast in town. Twenty-six years later, Roasty's is still my top choice for breakfast. I don't go there often, but whenever I get the chance, I love taking my youngest son to Roasty's for a meal together.

The staff were really caring and friendly. Even the busser was engaging in conversation! The new renovations make the restaurant feel updated and warm. Very clean and tidy, even after a rush. Fantastic food! I'm going to have major cravings for those fries. I noticed that they have nice new menus that haven't been posted on Google yet, so I took photos to share.

We stopped for the first time at this lovely diner! It was newly redecorated, cute and clean. The waitress was top notch, friendly and efficient! I had the homemade tomato soup, Texas toast with the chicken fried steak and gravy. What a treat. It was the best gravy I’ve had in years. If you haven’t tried this place, you’re missing out!
