Santiago's Mexican - Greeley

They were nice but not very friendly that much, but not

It was complete garbarge and the staff was rude and my order was COMPLETELY wrong called back n was told thts the way it is ddnt even wanna try to make my order rigt

I used to love santiago's. But I feel that they have been going downhill. We went to the drive thru and it took almost 20 min to get thru the line. We ordered breakfast burritos they were very small almost more tortilla than filling, the half and half was half mild and half missing. There was very little chili and what was there had no spice at all. We waited 20 minute, and they were lukewarm at best. I understand everyone has bad days, but this isn't the first experience I've had here like this that's why I'm leaving this review.

Great prices, excellent burritos. We tried the chicken and rice, they were very good.

I have always really liked Santiagos, but compared to other places that serve Mexican food in the area, Santiagos has sort of fallen off in quality.
