The last three "grilled" chicken sandwiches I had were cold, with a thermometer reading averaging 38°F.

The only reason I'm visiting this place is because it's convenient when the kids are hungry and busy with sports. I understand that restaurants like this often have a high turnover of staff, but you would expect to find more friendly faces. Everyone seems a bit upset and unsure of what they're doing.

If you're looking to feel overlooked and annoyed, this place is for you. I visited during a quiet time, and both staff members completely ignored me. I understand if they're busy with online orders, but I expected a brief interaction. Instead, they whispered to each other and didn't even acknowledge my presence. I felt so uncomfortable that I ended up leaving. I hope this was just a fluke, but I’m hesitant to come back.
