Backstage - Green Bay

We rented the theater for our wedding ceremony and the backstage for our reception. They let us set up early, which I did not expect at all and it made things very easy. Samantha listened to our ideas and made them all possible. The space is beautiful and historic and we were so fortunate to be able to have our wedding there. It was very easy to work with their AV technician for sound during the ceremony. Backstage was perfect and was able to transform from a seated dinner to an amazing dance floor. The accommodations were amazing. The only thing I would retract from was a couple of mix ups with dietary restrictions. One of my guests with a nut allergy was given a plate with nuts, and then the dietary restriction meals came around, after she already ate the plate containing nuts. This guest ended up having to go to the emergency room. Backstage did remove the cost of that plate from our invoice, but I wish the mix up did not happen in the first place.

Great venue for weddings receptions. Food was great, staff were friendly. Close to multiple great hotels and places for an after party

This is an absolutely stunning venue! Held our small (100 people wedding here this winter and the amount of compliments and gracious generosity from the staff was amazing! Sam did an amazing job keeping us on track and helping us stay in our set budget. We even were able to have a Mashed Potato Bar!From having the ceremony in the theater to flexibility with some changes as the planning went along I have no complaints on the amazing night we had at this beautiful venue! Sam and her team did an amazing job at keeping us stress free the whole time and being able to live in the moment! (With the bride losing her voice and everything day of to boot ??

This was the first time I have been Backstage. It was better than expected! I actually didn't know this was here, I thought we were in the main theater. I have been looking for a small concert space like this, and didn't know it was right here in Green Bay.
