Feedback gevenYou usually get my order right, but recently, if I ask for my order, try to add Fritten if I did not ask for it. I always get the same thing, so I know how much it is so I can say right away that they're trying to charge me for Fritten. I'm just telling them to take it off, but it's starting to get annoyed if I don't ask for it at all.
This location is terrible. Takes forever to receive cold food. They forgot multiple items, multiple times in a row.
My best suggestion is to check each sandwich you ordered prior to leaving the drive thru. I called once I made it back home since the order was wrong and asked for a replacement. Drove all the way back and even the replacement order was wrong.
This location has a difficult time getting orders correct. The screen may say EXACTLY what you've ordered, but when you get the order it's completely different and not what you ordered. This happened to me today and on 3 previous occasions. The employees want and have demanded to be paid higher wages, yet can't make the simplest of meals and get a customer's order correct??? How does this happen and how does Management not properly oversee and train their employees? What happened to the focus on customer service, customer satisfaction and food quality??? BK is just about to lose a LONG TIME LOYAL customer and I hate the COMPETITOR, so that would leave me to not being able to enjoy and good fast food burger.
I wish I could give them negative 4 stars, my Frozen drink was half empty and dry, the fries were stale, the bun was dry, and they never pick up their phone to correct the delivery order. Poor customer service
