Country Inn Suites By Radisson, Green Bay East, Wi

We booked this hotel so we could relax in the swimming pool/hot tub after a day of traveling unfortunately, there were a lot of small cockroaches in the pool and around on the edges. On the night we checked in, we couldn 't find anyone at the reception to let them know whenever we went there there was never anyone around. Upon check out, we told the receptionist about this and even showed her a couple of pictures of the roaches floating in the water. Her reply was They 're probably looking for warmth .Expedia got in touch with them to complain the hotel replied it was an ant and that none were found in the vicinity (which is a weird reply a. so there was nothing found? or did they find an ant? and b. they found nothing a day after we saw the insects having a swim such a weird reply.This is not supposed to be happening and this is not supposed to be the reaction to a customer letting you know you have insects floating in the pool. Clean up your hotel and sort your staffing issues while you 're at it.Very disappointing service and reaction from Radisson.

Great area located close to the expressway but not loud. The people helping were fantastic. So pleasant and willing to help the pool was big and enjoyable. We had a very good hot breakfast and was totally satisfied with our stayWalkability: Close to a Culver's and a Mexican restaurant

Very nice place. There's a Mexican restaurant attached, but you have to go outside to get to it. Rooms are quiet, clean, and comfortable.

Nice motel close to Aurora Bay Care. It is the ideal location if you have someone in the hospital.

We really enjoy this hotel. Great breakfast and pool. Rooms are very clean
