Dunkin' - Green Bay

Went inside at first and got completely ignored stood at counter for 10 minutes. The. Walked out and went thru drive though. Asked for all chocolate munchkins and got an assortment and no chocolate ones at all ? also asked for sweet cream foam and they didn’t put it on at all.

Attitude this early is really unnecessary. To get my order wrong a POWDERED jelly donut. Then say the sugar coated one is the only jelly donut and not available powdered like advertised on the menu screen. So I tell them to just give me another pink donut instead of the sugar jelly one. They ask which flavor I respond chocolate and they throw vanilla. Like can y’all not get donuts right ? Or is it intentional. Either way will not be returning.Parking: Parking and drive thru is trash when busy. Do not recommend.

If I could leave zero stars I would.. every time I come thru the drive thru I get bad vibes.. the way they just throw the donuts in the bag and all the frosting just is all over its annoying and then this time their was no frosting on my donut... and why do the donuts always feel wet like their melting like they're sitting in the sun or something... they really just need to shut down this dunkin cause they obviously don't like they're jobs and it shows

Very generic. The staff were good, not exceptional, but good. The coffee tasted burnt.

Excellent Dunkin' restaurant. The staff here are amazing, helpful and friendly. Sometimes going here before work is the highlight of my day.
