The pizza here is exceptional—it's a deep dish that doesn’t quite feel like one. The crust reminds you of a delicate pastry. While the cooking time is about 30 to 45 minutes, the wait is definitely worthwhile. This owner-operated gem in downtown Green Bay also features great craft cocktails and a selection of local beers, which is a nice addition. The men’s restroom boasts an impressive wall made of used skateboards, adding a fun touch to the ambiance. I've been here several times, but not nearly enough. The Timmeh bread is also fantastic. Food Rating: 5.

I was personally disappointed with my experience. The pizza was decent, but it was a bit overcooked. They didn’t serve us plates and didn’t have any when we asked for them either. Our server seemed a bit unfriendly and wasn’t very attentive. In my opinion, the prices were too high for what we received. It might have just been an off day, but I’m not eager to give it another try when there are plenty of other options available. Plus, parking was hard to find. Service: Dine-in.
